Do you use your own delivery drivers?
Yes. We use our own in-house delivery drivers, ensuring your food is handled with care from our kitchen to your door.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You will receive live order updates at every stage, including:

You can also track our delivery drivers live while they are on the road.
How long will my delivery take?
Delivery times depend on distance, traffic, and order volume. Estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Why can’t I select delivery for my address?
Your address may be outside our delivery zone, or delivery may be temporarily unavailable due to high demand.
Why does it say the store is offline?
This usually happens outside trading hours or during very busy periods.
Why does my cart show $25 but delivery isn’t available?
A minimum order value may apply for delivery, depending on your location and time.

Can I customize my pizza?
Yes. You can customise pizzas by choosing toppings and sauces. Half-and-half pizzas are also available. Any extra charges are shown clearly at checkout.
Why does my pizza sometimes look slightly different in size?
All our pizzas are hand-made fresh, so minor size variations may occur naturally during stretching and baking.
